Case Search
Dataset
What the Asclevor dataset contains
Asclevor indexes more than 167,000 published patient cases.
Source
The dataset is drawn from patient-case literature in PMC/PubMed — published case reports and case series.
What a "case" means here
A case is a published description of one or more patients: presentation, findings, workup, and outcome as reported by the authors. Records correspond to published case content, not to primary hospital data.

Updates
New case literature is added on a rolling basis as the dataset is refreshed.
Methodology
Cases are embedded and retrieved via vector similarity search. See How Search Works.
Limitations
- The dataset covers published patient-case literature only — it is not a complete collection of medical literature, and it contains no trial data, reviews, or guidelines
- Coverage is limited to what journals have published and PubMed/PMC indexes
- As with any secondary source, verify findings against the original articles
Attribution and licensing
Results include the PMID of the source article. Use it to cite and link back to the original publication.
